This is a full-time role for a KOL & Affiliate Specialist located in Sunter, Jakarta. As our KOL & Affiliate Specialist you will be working directly with our CEO & Founder, gaining hands-on mentorship and strategic direction while playing a key role in scaling our influencer and affiliate ecosystem.
Job Description
- Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs and affiliates
- Handle end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, content review, posting, and post-campaign reporting
- Execute affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales
- Develop campaign storylines and short video concepts to fit brand needs
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience as an KOL and/or Affiliate Specialist in related field
- Familiar with Affiliate Programs in mainstream e-commerce platforms
- Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
- Willing to Work From Office (Sunter, Jakarta Utara)
