KOL & Affiliate Specialist
Job Description
- Find and manage KOLs/creators that fit our brand image and target audience.
- Negotiate rates, collaboration terms, and campaign deliverables.
- Monitor KOL content, posting schedules, and campaign performance.
- Manage KOL relationships and maintain a strong creator network.
- Manage free-sample distribution across marketplaces.
- Track KOL performance and prepare campaign reports.
- Support other KOL, social media, and digital marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year experience in KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media.
- Must have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop & Yellow Cart.
- Experience managing KOL campaigns that generate orders/GMV, not only impressions or views.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Shopee.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- English proficiency is a must.
