Job description for KOL & Affiliate Specialist at Bintang Fajar Abadi

Responsibilities :
Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) & Affiliate, influencers, and brand ambassadors relevant to the company’s products/industry.
Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and deliverables with KOL & Affiliate.
Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate with internal marketing, content, and design teams to ensure campaign consistency.
Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, providing reports and insights to management.
Research new KOL trends, platforms, and strategies to maximize brand exposure and conversions.
Manage KOL & Affiliate database and maintain good long-term partnerships.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in KOL/Affiliate Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Familiar with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and current digital trends.
Good analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
