Syarat Pekerjaan
- Minimal lulusan D3/S1 Jurusan Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau jurusan terkait
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang KOL management dan affiliate marketing (industri skincare atau kecantikan lebih disukai).
- Memahami tren dan strategi pemasaran digital, khususnya KOL management, affiliate marketing, dan social media.
- Mahir membangun strategis dan hubungan baik dengan KOL, influencer, dan affiliate marketer
- Memiliki jaringan luas dengan KOL, influencer, dan affiliate marketer di industri kecantikan (lebih disukai)
- Berpengalaman mengelola beberapa kerja sama dan kampanye secara bersamaan dalam timeline yang ketat
- Mampu mengevaluasi performa kampanye berdasarkan KPI, ROI, dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan
