Hiring: KOL & Affiliate Specialist!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented KOL & Affiliate Specialist to strengthen our influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive performance through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates
Plan and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns aligned with business objectives
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights
Track and report key metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI)
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome)
Basic understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and social media platforms
Proficient in Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
