Job description for KOL & Affiliate specialist at CV KARYA PASANGAN UNGGUL

Role Summary:

Bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengelolaan, pengawasan, dan pengembangan seluruh aktivitas KOL dan mengoptimalkan program affiliate khususnya di platform marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Mengelola program affiliate khususnya Shopee Affiliate & TikTok Affiliate secara end-to-end
Mencari, merekrut, dan membina affiliate creator (micro–mid creator, streamer, content creator)
Menjalin komunikasi aktif dengan affiliate (brief produk, promo, komisi, mekanisme campaign)
Menyusun affiliate brief yang jelas (USP produk, harga, promo, CTA)
Mengatur dan monitoring produk affiliate (commission rate, voucher, special deal)
Monitoring performa affiliate yang bekerjasama
Membuat laporan performa affiliate mingguan dan bulanan
Mengusulkan strategi peningkatan sales affiliate (bundling, push produk hero, exclusive deal)
Update trend & fitur terbaru Shopee dan TikTok Affiliate
