What You'll Do
• Curate KOLs & Affiliates that truly represent our brands.
• Build creator strategies that strengthen brand equity and drive sales.
• Source, negotiate, and manage creator collaborations from idea to execution.
• Analyze campaign performance and turn insights into better results.
• Stay ahead of fashion, social media, and creator trends.
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in KOL, Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, or Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and the creator economy.
• Excellent taste in fashion, branding, and digital culture.
• Able to identify creators based on brand fit, audience quality, authenticity, and commercial potential—not just follower count.
• Able to distinguish creator personas and match them with different brand identities and target audiences.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and performance-driven.
