Job Description:
- Creating Campaign Strategy & Execution, including end-to-end collaboration and managing monthly KOL/Affiliate/Creator campaigns.
- Creating creative briefs and optimizing campaigns through data analysis and budget management.
- Developing a structured KOL/Affiliate/Creator database.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOL/Affiliate/Creators.
- Managing and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring and Reporting KOL/Affiliate/Creator: Campaign performance, timeline, brief, KPI, conversion, budget.
- Keeping up with the latest influencer marketing trends, social media performance, and affiliate models.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of influencer marketing
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in influencer marketing or a related position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A database of creators/KOLs/Affiliates is a plus
- Analytical, fast-paced, and thorough mindset
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Creative, trend-savvy, adaptive, and data-driven
- Honest and transparent in budget management and KOL relationships
- Understand how to measure campaign performance (Engagement Rate, Conversion, ROI)
- Include a portfolio of previous KOL/Affiliate campaigns
- Accustomed to meeting strict KPI targets (Number of KOLs/Affiliates recruited, ER, Conversion, ROI)
