KOL & Affiliate Officer

Responsibilities

Identify, invite, and build relationships with beauty influencers and live-streaming talents to promote brand awareness and product sales.

Manage product sample deliveries, coordinate content creation, and ensure influencers showcase products effectively during live sessions.

Track and analyze live streaming performance, update the talent tracking database, and ensure timely contract fulfillment.

Fully understand the unique selling points of beauty products and provide support in handling pre-sales and after-sales inquiries.

Assist in managing and optimizing live streaming sales data, monitor GMV performance, and refine strategies based on sales insights.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve live streaming effectiveness and enhance audience engagement.

Execute tasks assigned by the leader and provide regular updates and feedback.

Qualifications

Prior experience in live streaming operations, influencer marketing, or MCN (Multi-Channel Network) is preferred.

Strong interest and knowledge of the beauty industry, including skincare, makeup, and beauty trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt to fast-paced environments, and collaborate effectively in a team.

Proficiency in English is an advantage.
