KOL & Affiliate Marketing Lead
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced KOL & Affiliate Marketing Lead who can think beyond campaigns and take ownership of business growth. You'll work directly with our CEO and COO, leading KOL & Affiliate strategies, managing execution teams, and driving profitable GMV growth across multiple brands. We're looking for someone who understands how to scale affiliate sales from early-stage growth to billions in monthly GMV, while balancing brand awareness, conversion, marketing efficiency, and profitability. This is a leadership role for someone who wants to build businesses, not just manage campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive GMV Growth: Develop and execute KOL & Affiliate strategies that increase sales, conversion, and profitable GMV.
- Own Strategy & Performance: Set growth targets, monitor performance metrics, and continuously optimize ROI and marketing efficiency.
- Lead & Develop Teams: Manage, coach, and develop KOL & Affiliate team members while ensuring strong execution and accountability.
- Scale Creator Operations: Build scalable systems for creator acquisition, outreach, negotiation, activation, and performance tracking.
- Balance Awareness & Conversion: Develop KOL strategies for brand building alongside affiliate strategies focused on measurable sales.
- Think Like a Business Owner: Evaluate budgets, contribution margins, commissions, and profitability before making growth decisions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Brand Leads, Creative, Performance Marketing, and leadership to achieve brand objectives.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Proven experience in scaling Affiliate GMV for e-commerce or consumer brands, preferably on TikTok Shop and Shopee.
- Experience leading teams and managing end-to-end KOL & Affiliate operations.
- Strong understanding of creator acquisition, affiliate activation, commission structures, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong business acumen: Understand margins, marketing efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Ability to take ownership, make strategic decisions, and execute with minimal supervision.
Big Plus:
- Experience managing 300+ KOLs or affiliate creators for a single brand.
- Track record of scaling brands from launch or early-stage growth to billions in monthly GMV.
- Experience managing high-volume creator operations while maintaining execution quality.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, mom & baby, or lifestyle brands.
