Job description for KOL & Affiliate Manager at Junny Id
Responsibilities:
- Develop full-funnel KOL and Affiliate strategies that drive both brand awareness and bottom-line revenue (GMV and conversions).
- Build, scale, and optimize creator affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and e-commerce marketplaces to hit revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the KOL & Affiliate team, fostering a culture of problem-solving, operational efficiency, and accountability for results.
- Oversee high-volume creator mobilization (seeding to commercial partnerships) for product launches, payday, and mega sales campaigns.
- Manage department budgets, commission tiers, and creator negotiations with a business-owner mindset, prioritizing healthy margins and ROI over just spending.
- Collaborate with Brand, E-Commerce, and Performance Marketing to maximize creator content across paid media (Spark Ads/Partnership Ads) and sales channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Influencer and Affiliate Marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to the Beauty, Skincare, or Personal Care industry.
- Strong direct relationships with Indonesian beauty creators, skincare enthusiasts, dermatologists, and talent management agencies.
- Deep hands-on expertise in the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Shopee Affiliate Program, and social intelligence/creator tools.
- Strong track record in commission structuring, rate negotiations, and managing sizable budgets tied to measurable revenue (GMV/ROAS).
- Solid understanding of skincare vocabulary (active ingredients, skin barrier, formulations) and local BPOM promotion guidelines.
- Proactive project management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire a high-performing creator marketing team.
- Willing to work in a onsite arrangement based in BSD
