Responsibilities :
- Develop & execute KOL, affiliate, community, & partnership strategies aligned with brand & campaign objectives
- Build & maintain relationships with KOLS & Affiliators, partners, & brand communities.
- Track KOL & affliate performance using attribution metrics
Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in partnerships, community, or brand activation
- Familiar with social media & marketplace platforms, especially Tik Tok Shop & Shopee Centre, along with their features.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, fashion or lifestyle consumer behavior
- Strong networking, communication, & negotiation skills.
