Job description for KOL Affiliates Specialist at PT Warna Emas Indonesia
Job Descriptions:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage KOLs/affiliates for specific campaign projects.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date database of KOLs/affiliates, including performance metrics, content niches, and engagement data.
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of client-led campaigns based on scope of work, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Foster strong relationships with creators to ensure engagement, retention, posting schedule, and high-quality content delivery based on created briefs.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged creator community through loyalty programs, events, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to report on campaign results and optimize future initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within an MCN, digital agency, or affiliate management company.
- Proven experience managing creator networks and handling campaign execution on TikTok and/or Shopee platforms.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, project management tools, and performance analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
