Job description for KOL Affiliate at PT Tulandut Kreatif Nusantara
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit KOLs/influencers/ Creator across relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that align with the brand’s identity.
- Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations, contracts, and deliverables for video & livestreaming
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and their agencies.
- Brief accuracy by coordinating with marketing teams to align influencer content with brand objectives to generate best conversion.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Manage budgets for KOL collaborations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and impact ( sample, fee, & delivery cost)
- Develop influencer marketing strategies to support campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Research competitor influencer activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Organize events, livestreams, or activations involving KOLs when necessary (product link, promotion, commission)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, or similar role. (ROI, Acquisiton Rate, etc)
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, campaign management, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, briefing script, & approaching script
- Ability to analyze influencer metrics, performance data and campaign results.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partnerships at once.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools or social media analytics platforms.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
