Job Description
- Identify, source, and approach relevant KOLs/influencers aligned with the brand
- Manage end-to-end KOL Affiliate programs (recruitment, negotiation, briefing, execution, and evaluation)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs/affiliates
- Develop and execute affiliate-based campaign strategies to improve conversion and ROI
- Manage affiliate links, referral codes, and performance tracking
- Analyze KOL performance (traffic, conversion, sales) and provide insights and optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e-commerce, content) to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor and review KOL content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and competitor activities
