Job Description

Mengidentifikasi, merekrut, dan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan affiliate partners (TikTok creators, Shopee affiliates, fashion influencers, dan komunitas niche lifestyle & footwear).
Mengelola performa affiliate secara end-to-end, termasuk tracking conversion, GMV contribution, dan ROI, serta memberikan feedback berbasis data untuk meningkatkan sales.
Menyusun dan mengoptimalkan strategi campaign affiliate (launching produk baru, promo campaign, seasonal push), termasuk skema komisi, insentif, dan activation plan.
Membuat content brief yang clear dan conversion-driven, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim konten untuk memastikan output (video, script, hook, CTA) sesuai dengan positioning brand Severli.
Menganalisis tren konten (terutama TikTok & short video) untuk menemukan format yang berpotensi viral dan scalable untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
Mengelola pipeline affiliate (onboarding, activation, retention) agar konsisten menghasilkan konten dan kontribusi penjualan.

Requirements

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Affiliate Specialist / KOL Specialist / Performance Marketing (preferably di industri fashion, retail, atau FMCG).
Familiar dengan ekosistem affiliate platform seperti TikTok Shop dan Shopee, termasuk dashboard, campaign setup, dan performance tracking.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang kuat untuk dealing dengan creators dari berbagai level (nano hingga macro).
Memiliki sense yang tajam terhadap tren konten viral, terutama yang relevan dengan fashion, styling, dan daily wear.
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan (GMV / revenue driven) dan mampu mengambil keputusan berbasis data.
Proaktif, cepat belajar, dan memiliki rasa ingin tahu tinggi terhadap produk (khususnya sepatu/fashion) serta perkembangan digital marketing.
