Your Role :

Focus on ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) to ensure effective budget allocation
Collaborate with brand managers to set KOL & Affiliate campaigns.
Manage communications and build good relationships with media, KOLs and third party agencies for joint collaboration on campaigns.
Research and identify KOLs on various digital platforms to build a strong brand experience.
Reaching and building KOL networks for various product categories on social media.
Negotiate fees for KOL services appropriately ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
Create and explain complete briefs to KOL.
Analyze and monitor KOL performance.

Your Profile :

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
At least 2 years of working experience as a KOL & Affiliate Specialist in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): KOL Management, Affiliate Marketing, Community
Sales oriented and put forward best ROI / ROMI
Active on social media (TikTok, Instagram, etc)
Must be familiar with online shopping channels especially marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc).
Understanding of digital promotion & advertising
Strong in operating Ms. Excel / Google Spreadsheets
