Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Mencari & mengelola KOL/creator di Shopee dan TikTok (beauty)
Melakukan outreach dan menjalin kerja sama dengan KOL
Membantu onboarding KOL ke program affiliate
Memonitor performa KOL (views, CTR, conversion)
Memberikan rekomendasi KOL sesuai performa & kebutuhan brand
Mendukung eksekusi campaign dan operasional harian

Kualifikasi:

Paham dasar produk beauty (skincare/makeup)
Familiar dengan Shopee & TikTok (affiliate/creator)
Up-to-date dengan tren KOL & social media
Komunikatif, teliti, dan terorganisir
Bisa kerja mandiri maupun tim
Bersedia magang min. 6 bulan
