Job description for Koki Restoran at Kayoman Group

  • Menyiapkan alat dan bahan makanan;
  • Memastikan bahan yang digunakan dalam kondisi layak dan segar;
  • Mengolah dan memasak makanan sesuai resep dan SOP yang berlaku;
  • Menjaga konsistensi rasa, kualitas, dan tampilan hidangan;
  • Menyusun dan plating makanan sesuai standar presentasi;
  • Memastikan pesanan sesuai dengan order yang diterima;
  • Menjaga kebersihan area dapur, peralatan, dan bahan makanan;
  • Menerapkan standar hygiene dan food safety;
  • Memantau ketersediaan bahan baku dan melaporkan restock bahan baku pada atasan;
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim kitchen dan waitress untuk kelancaran operasional.
