Job Description :
• Responsible for all menu and cook it well so can be serve to customers.
• Have knowledge about types japanesse food and the characteristic so can be serve to customer with good platting technique.
• Can using cooking tools appropriately, like know which one knife for cutting meat and which one for cutting vegetables.
• Responsible in controlling waste and loss in kitchen product.
• Responsible in controlling stock to ensure that all item not over stock or no stock.
