Job description for Koki Catering at Fritto Group

Bertanggung jawab mengolah dan memasak makanan sesuai menu catering yang telah ditentukan.
Menyiapkan dan mengolah bahan baku sebelum proses memasak.
Mengatur proses produksi makanan agar selesai tepat waktu sesuai target harian.
Memastikan kebersihan dapur, peralatan, dan area kerja selama operasional. Mengawasi penggunaan bahan baku agar efisien dan meminimalkan pemborosan. Melakukan pengecekan kualitas bahan makanan sebelum digunakan.
Menghasilkan masakan catering yang berkualitas, higienis, dan sesuai standar perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan.
