Job Description:
- Assist in planning and executing KOC/KOL campaigns to support brand awareness, user acquisition, and overall marketing objectives.
- Research, identify, and evaluate potential KOCs/KOLs based on audience demographics, niche relevance, engagement rates, content quality, and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with creators on campaign briefs, content production, deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure content is delivered on schedule and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in planning and managing social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.
- Support community engagement initiatives to build relationships with relevant communities, encourage audience interaction, and drive user acquisition and retention.
- Track campaign and content performance, compile reports, and provide insights for future improvements.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in influencer marketing, KOC/KOL management, social media, or community building is a strong advantage.
- Strong interest in personal finance, financial products, social media trends, and digital marketing.
- Creative and familiar with content trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.
- Good research, coordination, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in communicating in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with creators and communities.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in BSD.
Salary: Rp2,000,000 per month
