Job description for Kitchen Supervisor at PT. Gistex Group
- Minimum of a High School/ Vocational School (SMA/K), preferably in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a non commercial kitchen (company/ school/ hospital catering), with at least 1 year as a senior cook or team lead.
- Knowledgeable in food, kitchen equipment management, and vegetarian menu.
- Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Willing to be palced at Purwakarta
