Job description for Kitchen Staff (Pre-Opening Coffee Shop) at PT PEGASUS SINERGI SOLUSINDO

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

Menyiapkan dan mengolah makanan sesuai menu coffee shop.
Melakukan persiapan bahan makanan (food preparation) sebelum operasional.
Memastikan kualitas, rasa, kebersihan, dan penyajian makanan sesuai standar.
Menjaga kebersihan area dapur, peralatan masak, dan tempat penyimpanan bahan makanan.
Memastikan ketersediaan dan kesegaran bahan baku.
Membantu menyusun menu, melakukan uji coba resep, dan menyiapkan standar operasional dapur selama masa pre-opening.
Bekerja sama dengan tim untuk memastikan dapur siap beroperasi sesuai jadwal.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Kitchen Staff atau Cook menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami dasar pengolahan dan penyimpanan bahan makanan.
Menjaga kebersihan, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
Mampu bekerja dengan cepat dan teliti.
Bersedia bergabung sebelum coffee shop resmi dibuka (pre-opening).
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift jika diperlukan.
