KUALIFIKASI :

Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Line Cook / Staff Kitchen.
Memahami teknik memasak dasar hingga menengah (sauteing, frying, grilling, boiling)
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang food safety & hygiene practices
Mampu membaca dan mengikuti resep dengan presisi
Disiplin, detail-oriented, kuat secara fisik, serta mampu bekerja di lingkungan panas dan cepat
Memiliki kemauan untuk bersikap proaktif dan mau memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan proses
Pengetahuan tambahan tentang knife skills, batch cooking, serta inventory control
Familiar dengan troubleshooting dasar kitchen equipment
