- Menguasai masakan Indonesia

- Mengetahui bahan baku Indonesia

- Mengetahui jenis-jenis masakan sunda

- Minimum lulusan SMK/SMA/D3 (lebih disukai jurusan Tata Boga/Kuliner)

- Maksimal umur 35 th

- Minimal berpengalaman magang 6 bulan

- Fresh graduate dipersilahkan (terutama jurusan tata boga)

- Diutamakan pria (wanita dipersilahkan melamar)
