Job description for Kitchen Crew at Warjonusantara

Persiapan Bahan (Prep): Mencuci, mengupas, memotong, dan menimbang bahan makanan (sayuran, daging, bumbu) sebelum jam operasional dimulai.

Memasak dan Penyajian (Cooking & Plating): Mengolah bahan makanan sesuai resep dan instruksi chef atau cook, serta menata makanan di piring (plating) dengan menarik.

Kebersihan dan Sanitasi (Cleaning): Menjaga kebersihan dapur, peralatan masak, alat makan, dan area penyimpanan, serta membuang sampah untuk menjaga higienitas dapur.

Manajemen Stok (Inventory): Melakukan pengecekan stok bahan baku (inventaris), melaporkan kekurangan bahan, dan mengatur penyimpanan bahan agar tidak rusak.

Kepatuhan SOP: Mengikuti standar operasional prosedur perusahaan terkait keamanan pangan dan konsistensi rasa
