- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar environment (F&B or hospitality).

- Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy hours.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.

- Ensure all food is fresh, presented beautifully, and meets Filosofi Kopi’s standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including utensils and equipment.

- Manage inventory, including stock rotation and minimizing food waste
