Job description for kitchen crew (cook) at PT Giri Tirta Kahuripan

1. Minimal SMA/SMK Tata Boga atau setara.

2. Menguasai teknik memasak:

Wok (tumis, fried rice, mie, dll)

Grill (daging, ayam, seafood)

Grill (daging, ayam, seafood)

Soup (kaldu, sup bening/kental)

3. Memahami kontrol api, bumbu, dan waktu memasak.

4. Menjaga standar kebersihan dan sanitasi dapur.

5. Mampu bekerja cepat, rapi, dan di bawah tekanan.

6. Disiplin dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.

7. Paham FIFO, FEFO dan stock management.

8. Bisa mengikuti SOP & instruksi kerja dengan baik.

9. Pengalaman di kitchen/restoran menjadi nilai tambah.

10. Dapat bergabung secepatnya.

11. Penempatan di Purwakarta.
