Job Requirements
- A Muslim woman, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or Psychology or a related field
- Understanding of basic Montessori curriculum principles
- Able to objectively observe and assess child development
- At least 1 year of experience in childhood education is preferred
- Detail oriented, patient, and possesses strong communication skills
- Proficient in Quranic recitation
- Strong commitment to using English as the primary language of communication school
- Experience in a bilingual or international Montessori school is an added advantage
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
