About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Kids Club Attendant to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children visiting our venue. The successful candidate will supervise children's activities, ensure their safety and well-being, and provide excellent service to both children and their parents while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children and parents to the Kids Club in a warm and professional manner.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Organize and lead age-appropriate games, arts & crafts, educational, and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play environment.
- Ensure all toys, equipment, and facilities are sanitized and in good condition.
- Follow all company health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
- Assist with Kids Club events, birthday parties, and special activities when required.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children, childcare, hospitality, education, or recreation is preferred.
- Friendly, patient, enthusiastic, and caring personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Good English communication skills are preferred.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for children and families.
