Job description for Key Opinion Leader Specialist at PT Aoltop Global Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies tailored for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and digital agencies to enhance brand engagement.
- Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships within the brands' network.
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple content distribution channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and optimize strategies based on audience insights.
- Work closely with the marketing and E-commerce teams to create compelling brand campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOL/KOC, including MCN and media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand development, digital marketing, or influencer partnerships (included KOL/KOC).
- Prior experience working with or collaborating in MCN (Multi-Channel Network) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital content trends, influencer marketing, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing influencer.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve brand strategies.
