Our client, Project 1945, is a fragrance company that produces and sells Eau de Parfum (EDP) inspired by the richness of Indonesian culture. They are currently offering an opportunity for top professionals to join their team as a Key Account Manager.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years in retail sales, channel partnerships, or distribution (both offline and online retail experience preferred)
- Proven track record in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries with multi-channel retail experience
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience with consignment, wholesale, and online retail business models
- Understanding of Indonesian retail landscape (offline and online)
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail operations
- Familiar with Notion, Google Workspace, Miro

Key Account Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing and growing Project 1945's strategic retail partnerships and key distribution channels. This role focuses on building strong relationships with major beauty retailers (Sociolla, AEON, My Skin But Better) & Distributors, expanding retail presence, and driving revenue growth through structured account management. The position requires deep understanding of the Indonesian fragrance market, cultural storytelling capabilities, and the ability to position Project 1945's heritage-inspired fragrances within appropriate retail environments.
1. Account Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key retailers (e.g., Sociolla, AEON, My Skin But Better) and distributors
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and promotional deals
- Conduct regular business reviews and resolve account issues
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Drive product line expansion and improve SKU performance
- Analyze sales data and manage account performance
3. Market Development
- Identify and onboard new retail and distribution partners
- Support offline activations and evaluate partnership opportunities
- Conduct market research for expansion initiatives
4. Brand & Retail Support
- Ensure consistent brand representation in stores
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and product launches
- Train retail staff on brand story and product knowledge
5. Strategic Planning
- Build long-term plans for account and market growth
- Monitor beauty retail trends and identify new positioning opportunities
- Contribute to overall sales and channel strategy
