Halo rekan-rekan, saat ini Synergy Solusi Grup membuka peluang posisi sebagai Key Account Manager yang berfokus pada layanan training, konsultasi, dan assessment dibidang HSSEE dengan kebutuhan 3 posisi untuk area penempatan masing-masing di Jakarta Timur, Surabaya, & Balikpapan.

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan:

  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang HSE, Key Account Management, Business Development, atau Sales, dengan rekam jejak sukses dalam mencapai target revenue dan mengelola klien besar.
  • Pengalaman dalam industri konsultasi, pelatihan, dan asesmen HSSEE atau industri yang relevan dengan PT SSP menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pernah menangani B2B sales dengan korporasi besar seperti BUMN, perusahaan energi, tambang, manufaktur, atau konstruksi menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di area Jakarta Timur/Surabaya/Balikpapan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Memimpin strategi Key Account Managemen dan memastikan peningkatan revenue.
  • Mengembangkan pipeline penjualan dan mempercepat proses closing deal dengan klien strategis.
  • Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien utama.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan solusi yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.
  • Memastikan pencapaian target penjualan tahunan yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru di sektor HSSEE dan mengusulkan strategi ekspansi.
