Job description for Key Account Intern - PCACS at PCA Company Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Team Leader and support day-to-day client engagement activities, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients primarily in English.
  • Assist in managing client inquiries received via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms by identifying issues, coordinating with relevant internal teams, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal, Payroll, Accounting, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth execution of client requests and service delivery.
  • Liaise with banks regarding corporate bank account opening, capital contribution procedures, loan applications, and other banking-related matters.
  • Guide clients through banking processes by explaining required documentation, following up on application progress, and assisting with banking-related operational issues.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain client reports, meeting minutes, banking documents, legal documentation, and other project-related records accurately and efficiently.
  • Draft professional emails and client correspondence following internal guidelines and instructions from the Team Leader.
  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of documents with clients, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Prepare and hand over legal and operational documents related to clients' companies.
  • Attend client meetings and accompany clients to banks or other external organizations when necessary.
  • Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Team Leader and perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Exceptional spoken and written English, with particular focus on understanding and communicating effectively across various foreign accents.
  • Good working knowledge and execution of Microsoft Office.
  • Recent graduate/postgraduate or in the process of completing a degree (including postgraduate) in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, able to work with both cross-departmental teams and clients.
  • Proactive, energetic team-player who thrives under pressure and who is accustomed to being thrown-in at the deep end of a fast-paced working environment.
