Kualifikasi

- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai KAE/ Modern Trade

- Berpengalaman mengelola & negosiasi trading term (listing fee, rebate, promo, MDF, dll)

- Memahami skema kerjasama Modern Trade & Profitability Account

- Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan presentasi yang baik

- Berpengalaman menangani strategic/ key account

- Target oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI

- Mampu menyusun sales plan & strategi pengembangan akun

- Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama Excel & PowerPoint)
