Job description for Key Account Executive at T&T Creative

About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to support the day-to-day operations and growth of our client accounts. You will work closely with our internal team and external brand partners to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns—especially focused on eCommerce platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee.

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about brand growth, understands online consumer behavior, and wants to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned brand accounts

Maintain strong relationships through regular updates, performance reviews, and follow-ups

Campaign & Project Coordination

Coordinate between internal teams (livestream, content, design, ads, affiliate) to ensure timely execution

Monitor campaign deliverables and troubleshoot issues as they arise

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze campaign data (GMV, traffic, conversions, CTR, etc.)

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve client performance

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present them to clients

Proposal & Strategy Support

Assist in developing data-driven proposals and strategic plans for client growth

Research competitor performance and market trends to support new ideas

Account Growth

Identify upsell opportunities for new services (e.g., additional content, ads, influencer management)

Support retention initiatives and renewal of contracts

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role within an eCommerce, agency, or marketplace environment

Strong understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or similar platforms

Good analytical and reporting skills (Google Sheets, Excel, Data Studio, etc.)

Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-project environment

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (basic)

Preferred Skills

Experience with TikTok or Shopee campaigns (livestreaming, content, or ads)

Background in working with fashion, beauty, FMCG, or tech brands

Familiar with basic digital marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
