Job Description

  • Membangun, menjaga, dan mengembangkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan Mitra Seller mGanik sebagai mitra bisnis utama.
  • Menjadi kontak utama bagi mitra dalam menangani kebutuhan, pertanyaan, kendala, maupun masukan secara profesional dan solutif.
  • Mengelola proses sell-in untuk memastikan ketersediaan produk serta mendukung pertumbuhan penjualan di jaringan mitra.
  • Memberikan edukasi, pendampingan, dan rekomendasi strategi penjualan guna meningkatkan performa sell-out mitra.
  • Mensosialisasikan program promosi, kampanye pemasaran, serta inisiatif perusahaan kepada mitra dan memastikan implementasinya berjalan dengan baik.
  • Mendorong partisipasi aktif mitra dalam program perusahaan untuk meningkatkan engagement dan pencapaian target Active Account.
  • Memantau performa penjualan, aktivitas, dan tingkat keaktifan mitra serta menjalankan strategi retensi untuk meminimalkan churn.
  • Menyusun laporan dan analisis terkait kinerja mitra, tren pembelian, tantangan di lapangan, serta efektivitas program sebagai bahan evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan.

Requirements

  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Seller Partnership, B2B Sales, Sales Retention, atau posisi sejenis.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, presentasi, dan pengelolaan hubungan mitra yang baik.
  • Mampu menganalisis data penjualan, mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis, dan menyusun rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan Google Workspace, CRM, atau tools pendukung lainnya untuk monitoring dan pelaporan.
  • Berorientasi pada target, proaktif, serta memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk mencapai target bisnis.
