Role & Responsibility
- Maintaining good working relationship with the local parties referrals, and customers
- Responsible for selling company services
- Customer visit and engagement client
- Analysing, monitoring and maintaining existing clients
- Preparing proposals, contract, and sales packs in aligned with sales procedures
- Collecting and analysing information, preparing data and sales reports
- Coordinating with internal teams to handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years working as a customer services or sales
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly, positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
