Key Account Ecommerce
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage Shopee/Tiktok relationships as the main PIC for AM, category, campaign, and relevant teams, while actively identifying collaboration opportunities.
2. Develop targets and business plans covering annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets, growth, budget, campaign calendars, and required platform support.
3. Align Joint Business Plans (JBP) with AMs to secure relevant programs, exposure, and platform commitments to support brand targets.
4. Maximize platform opportunities by identifying key campaigns, category programs, product launches, and new initiatives relevant to the brand.
5. Lead commercial negotiations for voucher subsidies, promotional placements, additional exposure, and co-funding while considering costs and margins.
6. Conduct regular business reviews with AMs to discuss performance, challenges, growth opportunities, and additional support, and ensure proper follow-up.
7. Evaluate results and manage escalations by assessing the impact of partnerships on sales and profitability and addressing issues with the relevant Shopee/Tiktok teams.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce Key Account, Marketplace Partnership, or similar roles with direct Shopee/Tiktok exposure.
2. Experienced in building relationships and negotiating with AMs or platform commercial teams.
3. Good understanding of Shopee/Tiktok campaigns, traffic sources, promotions, platform fees, and margin impact.
4. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in preparing business proposals and review presentations.
5. Proactive, strong in negotiation, and disciplined in follow-up. Existing network within Shopee/Tiktok is a plus.
