Qualifications
1. Female, Muslim, maximum 35 years old.
2. Holds a Master’s degree (S2) in Education or a related field.
3. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar position (School Principal/Head of School) or in educational leadership.
4. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
5. Strong understanding and implementation skills of National Curriculum, Cambridge Curriculum, and STEAM approach.
6. Fluent in reading the Qur’an.
7. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
8. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
9. Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, students, and parents to enhance school quality.
10. High commitment to developing an Islamic and internationally-oriented educational environment.
11. Currently domiciled in Yogyakarta.
12. Available to join immediately.
