Job description for Kepala Produksi Furniture at MODICO Furniture
- Mengkordinasikan dan mengendalikan aktivitas produksi dan distribusi
- Berperan aktif dalam perencanaan dan koordinasi efisiensi jalannya produksi dan angaran pokok produksi
- Menjaga kualitas dan timeline produksi
- Report update project / produksi mingguan
- Meeting koordinasi bulanan dengan manager divisi lain
- Memastikan target dan pencapaian tahunan tercapai
- Membuat annual plan, budgeting, pada divisi Production (Max November)
- Merancang & Review SOP / Corporate hard book (panduan modul pada masing-masing posisi)
- Memberikan Penilaian dan review kinerja staff (2x dalam 1 tahun Juni & Desember)
