Are you a passionate professional with 2–3 years of experience in education, child development, or psychology, looking for a role with real impact? We are looking for an inspiring leader to manage our day-to-day operations, lead our team, and cultivate a warm, positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pedagogical Leadership & Curriculum Implementation
- Oversee the implementation of the curriculum provided by the HQ team, ensuring high standards of teaching and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Mentor, coach, and guide teachers on modern pedagogical approaches, classroom management, and engaging instructional techniques.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators to continuously improve teaching quality and learning outcomes.
2. Child Development & Assessment
- Monitor children's developmental milestones and academic/social progress, ensuring early identification of any learning or behavioral challenges.
- Guide teachers in designing differentiated learning strategies to cater to the unique needs of every child.
3. Center Operations & Leadership
- Manage daily center operations, implement HQ standard operating procedures (SOPs), lead staff hiring and training, and oversee the center's budget.
4. Parent Relations & Communication:
Build trusting, empathetic relationships with parents through regular developmental updates, parent-teacher conferences, and consultations regarding children's growth and learning strategies.
Ideal Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (ECE), Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of practical working experience in education, teaching, childcare, or psychology-related roles.
- Strong background or deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy and child psychology.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Active English communication skills (strongly preferred).
- Tech-savvy with a good command of data tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a strong alignment with our social mission in early childhood education.
