Job description for Kepala Internal Audit at eVantage HR
As Head Of Internal Audit, you will be responsible for
- Leading comprehensive audit engagements that ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while identifying areas for operational enhancement.
- Planning and executing Tax Audit, Performance Audit, and Financial Report Audit activities to verify accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Conduct IT Audit and Security Audit assessments to safeguard information assets, while performing Compliance reviews to mitigate risks.
- Oversee Risk Management processes and utilize your Auditing skills to evaluate internal controls, providing actionable recommendations that drive efficiency and protect the organization's interests through thorough Internal Audit practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit. Strong experience in the palm oil, plantation, agribusiness, or related agricultural industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both Indonesian and English being an added advantage.
- High integrity, professional ethics, and a commitment to good corporate governance (GCG).
- Willing to be placed at Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.
