Job description for Kepala Gudang / Warehouse Manager at La Douce
La Douce is currently seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager.
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, QC, and shipping.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, stock movement, and stock opname.
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the warehouse and packing team, including manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Set daily targets and ensure the team meets operational deadlines, especially during high-volume periods and campaigns.
- Establish, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and workflow.
- Monitor packing accuracy and minimize errors such as wrong items, wrong sizes, missing items, and incorrect quantities.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with Management, Purchasing, Production, Marketing, Customer Service, and E-commerce teams regarding warehouse requirements and order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and packaging materials to ensure sufficient stock and efficient usage.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, safety, and overall working conditions.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory, fulfillment, productivity, errors, and warehouse performance.
- Handle operational issues and ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Take full ownership of warehouse performance and continuously develop a more efficient, organized, and scalable warehouse system.
