About the Role
We are a fast-growing F&B company looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Leader with strong leadership skills to manage and optimize warehouse operations effectively.
Job Description:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, and dispatch)
- Ensure inventory accuracy for raw materials and packaging
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO inventory systems
- Lead and manage the warehouse team (scheduling, task allocation, performance evaluation)
- Conduct regular stock opname / inventory checks
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and outlet teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in line with F&B standards
- Monitor material usage to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and warehouse activities
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Leader/Supervisor (preferably in F&B industry)
- Strong understanding of inventory management (FIFO/FEFO, stock control, shrinkage)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Familiar with inventory systems / ERP (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willing to work in shifts if required
