KAYANA is a local perfume brand that brings out the uniqueness and beauty of Woody Scents.
KAYANA is currently opening a position for a Livestream Host Lead. As KAYANA builds its live commerce channel from the ground up, this role is responsible for leading, planning, and executing our streaming operations (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.), while acting as the primary face and voice of KAYANA on camera. We are looking for an energetic, persuasive, and organized individual to drive our real-time sales and audience engagement.
Type: Part-Time / Freelance Retainer (Opportunity to transition to Full-Time as the channel grows)
Workload: ~4 hours per day (on-site live streaming)
Location: On-site Studio / Office (Surabaya) + Remote Planning
Eligibility: Open to university students, fresh graduates, or experienced candidates with a passion for live selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Hosting & Selling: Act as the main host for KAYANA's livestream sessions, delivering engaging product demos, and storytelling.
- Livestream Operations & Setup: Handle end-to-end session preparations, including studio lighting, product display arrangement, pin-point product listings, and voucher/discount setups.
- Strategy & Channel Building: Plan weekly live schedules, develop creative streaming concepts/scripts, and test different selling angles to boost GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
- Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor live metrics (viewership, conversion rates, average watch time) and report session results to improve future live performances.
- Team Leadership (Future Expansion): Establish initial Livestream SOPs and assist in onboarding/briefing secondary or guest livestream hosts as the team expands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Livestream Host on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or Tokopedia (experience in beauty, skincare, or fragrance is a strong plus).
- Confident, articulate, and charismatic on camera with strong persuasive sales skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of setting up a livestream setup independently.
- Proficient in operating live-streaming software/apps, managing product pins, and setting up promotion mechanics (flash sales/vouchers).
- Solid understanding of live-commerce trends, viral hooks, and audience engagement tactics.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for peak evening or weekend live slots when required.
- Neat, Clean, and Presentable as a face of brand.
