About the Role
Milk & Madu Uluwatu is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately while delivering excellent service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist guests with billing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
- Follow company policies and cash handling procedures at all times.
