Posisi: Service Staff / Waitress

Lokasi: Jakarta Utara

Deskripsi Pekerjaan: Seiring dengan ekspansi usaha FnB baru kami di area Jakarta Utara, kami mengundang talenta di bidang hospitality untuk bergabung sebagai Waitress. Posisi ini berfokus pada penyajian layanan makanan & minuman yang berkualitas tinggi serta menjaga kepuasan pelanggan.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Memahami seluruh product knowledge (menu makanan & minuman) secara detail.
Melayani proses pemesanan tamu (taking order) dan melakukan upselling menu favorit.
Menjaga standar kebersihan meja, peralatan makan, serta kenyamanan ambience restoran.
Menangani keluhan atau permintaan khusus dari tamu secara profesional.

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di industri FnB/Hospitality.
Memiliki kepribadian yang ramah, proaktif, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan (customer-oriented).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
Rapi, disiplin, dan memiliki kepribadian yang jujur.
Penempatan: Jakarta Utara.
