Job description for Junior UI/UX at Leverate Group

Kualifikasi:

Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation Optimize user journey and conversion funnels Maintain and contribute to design system consistency
Support marketing campaigns with high-converting landing page designs

Kriteria:

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (usability, hierarchy, accessibility)
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Good communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and able to receive feedback
Basic knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is a plus.
